For PPG Schoch, ecology is a slogan, as the Company already made a specialty of its development of water-based paint systems in the early Nineties. In 2000, PPG Schoch commenced the production of powder-coating systems also.

The ISO 9001:2008 certification has already been obtained and this has been followed by ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 18001:2007 in July 2010. Within the PPG Industries Group, it goes without saying that the PPG Dr. A. Schoch is focused on REACH conformity for the employment of raw materials in the manufacturing processes.

Today, the PPG Schoch Company is producing more water-based products than solvent-based.
